Services

The Boston Township Road and Service Department has two employees. The Department maintains 12.20 miles of Township roads. Other roads within the Township are maintained by Summit County, the Ohio Department of Transportation or the Ohio Turnpike Commission.

The department provides additional services to Township residents. Branch chipping services runs monthly from May through October. Leaf pick-up begins in the Fall and runs through November.

Leaf Pick Up

Leaf pick up commences the third week of October and goes through the first week of December, weather dependent. Place your leaves along the edge of the property, but away from the mail box, so we have room to use the equipment.

Brush Pick Up

Brush pick up commences the first Monday in May and continues through October. Place cut ends toward curb. Please: no dirt or dirt balls, no foreign material such as lumber, nails, barbed wire. Thank you.
